My whole family commented on how friendly and nice they were treated by staff. I didn't feel pressured to buy the most costly, and felt comfortable. My niece was sitting outside on the bench alone crying. One of the staff came out to check on her and brought her a coffee, also tried to comfort her. The family was not under any pressure to buy the most costly funeral, and the price was very reasonable. All of our needs were met, you did a great job. Thank you very much from the Evans Family.

Good Morning Mr. Tom Hanneken, Just a note to praise your staff on my Father In Law's Funeral arrangements several weeks ago. It's one thing to announce Funeraria y Crematorio Porta Coeli every week in my radio show and its another story when you have to go through the process on your own. Starting with my first phone call with Yira Davila, it was comfortable - she is great!!! Then my second call to Juan Flores which it was amazing how fast he helped me for the arrangements of picking up my Father in Law. The rest of your staff was amazing - Elizabeth Franco understood our needs of a very high profile funeral and was the best in guiding us through the process along with Ana Jacobs.
