Abraham Torres Rivera

En memoria amorosa de Abraham Torres Rivera, nacido el 13 de Marzo de 1952, hijo de Urbano Torres y Guillermina Rivera. Abraham nació en Río Piedras, Puerto Rico pero se crió en el pueblo de Utuado y creció rodeado de sus familiares y sus hermanos: Nélida, Chiqui, Pucho, y Sandra. Se casó en la Iglesia Católica San Miguel Arcángel de Utuado con Nelida Figueroa en 1973, y juntos celebraron 50 años de un matrimonio sólido. Abraham fue un padre responsable y muy pendiente de sus hijos: Edgar Abraham, Jorge Hiram, Melvin Omar, Junior Abraham, Sol Cristal, Jocelyn Mina y Miles. Su familia fue la piedra angular de su vida, y se enorgullecía de presenciar su crecimiento y logros. A lo largo de su vida, el camino de Abraham lo llevó a varios lugares, incluyendo Utuado, Guaynabo, Chicago y Orlando. Abrazó cada ubicación, creando recuerdos perdurables con su familia y amigos. En su vida profesional, Abraham dedicó años de arduo trabajo a diversos campos, incluyendo emprendedor, fábricas y transporte escolar, venta de carros, entre otros empleos. Su perseverancia, dedicación y determinación eran evidentes en todo lo que se proponía. Además, Abraham deja un legado en sus 12 nietos, quienes recordarán con cariño la presencia afectuosa de su abuelo. Abraham Torres será recordado por su amor duradero, compromiso y dedicación con la familia. Además será recordado por ser muy servicial y cuando había una necesidad Abraham decía presente. Abraham ha dejando huellas en la vida de aquellos que tuvieron el privilegio de conocerlo. Que descanse en paz, rodeado del amor y los recuerdos que creó a lo largo de sus 71 años. In loving memory of Abraham Torres Rivera. Abraham was born on March 13, 1952, from his parents Urbano Torres and Guillermina Rivera. Abraham was born in Río Piedras, Puerto Rico, but grew up in the town of Utuado. He grew up surrounded by his relatives and siblings: Nélida, Chiqui, Pucho, and Sandra. In 1973, Abraham married Nelida Figueroa in the Catholic Church of San Miguel Arcángel de Utuado, and together they celebrated 50 years of a solid marriage. Abraham was a responsible father and very attentive to his children: Edgar Abraham, Jorge Hiram, Melvin Omar, Junior Abraham, Sol Cristal, Jocelyn Mina and Miles. His family was the cornerstone of his life, and he was proud to witness their growth and achievements. Throughout his life, Abraham's path took him to several places, including Utuado, Guaynabo, Chicago and Orlando. He embraced each location, creating lasting memories with his family and friends. In his professional life, Abraham devoted years of hard work to various fields, including being an entrepreneur, factories, school transport, car sales, and among other jobs. His perseverance, dedication and determination were evident in everything he accomplished. In addition, Abraham leaves a legacy in his 12 grandchildren, who will fondly remember the affectionate presence of his grandfather. Abraham Torres will be remembered for his lasting love, commitment and dedication to the family. He will also be remembered for being very helpful and when there ever was a need, Abraham was present. Abraham has left traces in the lives of all those who had the privilege of meeting him. May he rest in peace, surrounded by the love and memories he created throughout his 71 years.
