Beliciane Desir

Beliciane Desir, 95 years old, of Kissimmee, Fla., passed away on Tuesday March 9th, 2021 at home with her family by her side. She was the widow of Joachim Desir, who died in 1994. Born in Anse-a-veau, Haiti., she was the daughter of Corancia Civil and Belinord Bellevue. Beliciane lived in Haiti for 65 years before moving to New York and then to Kissimmee, FL. Beliciane was a member of Mont Des Oliviers (MDO), 7 Days Adventist Church. She is survived by her 6 children, Claudette, Dominique, Bernadel, Jean Roussel, Suze and Joanel Desir. She will be joining her late son, Emmanuel, in heaven. She also had 6 daughters-in-law, Eloude Desir, Michele Desir, Marie Alice Desir, Nancy Hypolite, Esther Desir, and Manouche Desir and 1 son-in-law, Jean Claude François. Beliciane had 17 grandchildren, Herline Desir, Derbie Sainval, Carl P Sainval, Irvine Armand Gibbs, Magdala Desir, Ralph Desir, Rhoena Desir, Stanley Desir, Lovely Desir, Rivaldi Desir, Ruuddnehri Desir, Jovanna Desir, Dahanna Desir, Jeffrey Desir, Jurnivah Desir, Berniv Desir, and Danophe Desir. She also had 5 grandchildren-in-law, Valery Sainval, Evens Jean Baptiste, Matthew Adeleke and John Gibbs Jr. Additionally, her 7 great-grandchildren are Dervens Jean Baptiste, Dervena Jean Baptiste, Francesca Roberta Valery, Seth Adeleke, Sebastian Adeleke, Ellie M Gibbs and John P Gibbs. Funeral Services will be held on Monday March 22, 2021, at 10am at Porta Coeli Funeral Home, 2801 Osceola Parkway, Kissimmee, FL 34743. The funeral pastor is Gederon Tontil and Pastor Patrick Valce. Entombment to follow at Osceola Memorial Garden Cemetery at 1717 Old Boggy Creek Road, Kissimmee, FL 34744. Wake Hours are Sunday at Porta Coeli from 4pm-8pm. En memoire de Madan Joa! Née à l'anse A Beau le 31 Mai 1925 des époux Corencia et Belinord Bellevue, Belicianne, à l'âge de 27 ans , a épousé Joachim Desir de qui elle a eu 7 enfants. Depuis, sa vie entière sera une lutte sans fin et sans merci pour la protection et le bien-être de sa famille. Nul sacrifice n'était ni trop grand ni trop pénible pour ses enfants adorés. Madan Joa a fait le grand voyage mais sera toujours là avec nous. On ne meurt pas quand on est si grand.
