Revelation 21:4,5 And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away. And the One seated on the throne said: “Look! I am making all things new.” Also he says:”Write, for these words are faithful and true.” She was the second of eight children. She had the honor of having the title of being her fathers favorite child. She was also known to family and friends as Pru & Vadne. She was an outgoing joyful person that loved to laugh and had an abundance of friends. She enjoyed dancing, she loved eating her favorite dish Coo Coo with gravy and fish. She was a caring and protective mother of Dior and Dulio, she was like a mother hen guiding them through childhood and adulthood. Dior and Dulio followed the same pattern of their mother. One of the things that we will miss most about Vadne is her forgiving spirit, regardless of how she felt her goal was always to make others feel happy. She always was quick with a smile but was also firm and had a very strong influence on many young ones. Her grandchildren in particular Darrell & Kris always remember her telling them the importance of self-control. She would repeatedly say STOP then spell it out S-T-O-P! She would loving remind them to “keep their head above the water and that I will always love you.” In 1998 she came to visit Diorvett after she gave birth to Darrell. She was relieved to see that the friends stepping in to assist her. The unity & love in Jehovah's organization was what really attracted her to the truth. Evadne dedicated her life to Jehovah on August 20, 2005 at the Silver Spur Arena in Kissimmee. She continued in faithful service to Jehovah even though she had many physical challenges. The value of Jesus Christ sacrifice meant hope to her. One February 21,2015 Evadne departed this life. She is survived by her children Diorvett & Obdulio. Seven grandchildren, Ninoska, Anisha, Lillian, Darrell, Kris, Nishkary, and Elijah. Three great grandchildren. Her older brother Fredrick preceded her in death. She is survived by Terrell, Ronald, Ortel, Albanese, Velta and Winford. She is also survived by a slew of neices, nephews and friends & family. Evadne will be greatly missed. This poem is dedicated to her from her daughter. I love you Mama Mama, when I was a child, I used to say it more often. Running out the door... love you , Mama. Hugging you hello..... love you, Mama. Trudging off to bed..... love you, Mama. You were the best thing in my little world..... the one who tucked me in, taught me my prayers, wish me “sweet dreams” I'm older now and not always right there to say as many “love you” as I should, but I'm more aware than ever of your gentle influence in my life. Now I understand the kind of love that waits to hear the door close late at night.... the kind of devotion that holds a trembling hand and cools a fevered brow. The “love you” I offer today understands the sacrifices you've made. It apologizes for the times I caused you worry or concern. And it assures you that no matter where I am.... no matter how grown up I think I am..... You'll always be my mama, and I'll always be your child. And every time I think of you, I'm always saying “love you” from the bottom of my heart.
