L R P 1933 - 2021 Lillian Rodriguez Perez, 87, returned to her Heavenly Father on January 24,2021. Lillian lived a full and wonderful life. Her generosity and love for others brought so much joy to her family and friends. Lillian was born May 12, 1933 in Carolina, Puerto Rico. She attended college at the University of Puerto Rico. She was married to Jorge Perez July 23rd, 1955. Jorge and Lillian Perez were hard workers and business entrepreneurs in life. Her various business adventures include opening up a furniture store, a night club, a travel agency, and various reality ventures in owning her own properties and managing them. She was a devoted mother producing two sons, Dennis and Leslie Perez, which she loved and was equally proud of them. She loved serving Heavenly Father and in the spiritual community as well. Lillian was an active and beloved member of Casa De Vida Church. She loved and cared for her grandchildren and great grandchildren dearly near and far. She enjoyed reading her Bible, listening to sermons, attending church activities, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends. Lillian was deeply loved by parents, sisters, children, grandparents, grandchildren, cousins, aunts, uncles, extended family and friends. She touched everyone’s life and made it better in any way she could. She was a great example of being a hard worker and business leader in her community, but also knew the priorities of raising and providing for a family. This one verse describes Lillian as to how she lived, “Do everything in love.” 1st Corinthians 6:14. She was self-less, caring, generous, loyal and devoted to Heavenly Father, her family and community, intelligent and full of wisdom, trustworthy and you could always feel her warmth and love whether in her words or just through a hug and perhaps her food. This love that she portrayed touched and shaped everyone’s lives. She will be deeply missed, loved dearly, and never forgotten. She will be forever imprinted in our hearts and mind. Life will never be the same without her. Lillian is survived by children, Dennis and Leslie Perez; sisters Tilsa, Virito, Ruth and brothers, Dwight and Eli Rodriguez; grandchildren Jason Lewis, Lisa Lewis, Alexis Perez, Nicole Perez, Julia Perez, Erica Perez-Smet, and Meghan Perez-Keepax; great-grandchildren Samuel Drake, Jorge Perez, Zoey Perez-Keepax, and Lucas Perez-Smet Preceded in death by her parents Domingo and Sixta mailRodriguez; husband Jorge Perez; sisters Elsie Rodriguez.
